At the point of The Tracker activation, you would have already read the instructions on the name change and/or change of marital status process, reviewed form content and requirements, and collected your change of marital status proofs.

As your free subscription is for 1 month, you will want to activate the tracking phase of your name change or change of marital status notification, when it is actually time to track begin preparing your documents. The Tracker will assist you as you prepare your documents and as you begin to submit them. This will give you maximum use of the tracker at the time it is more needed.

Finally, if you need more than a month to track your name change or change of marital status notification, then an additional month’s subscription is available at a modest price.
